Specialization
Phil & Carol specialize in representing their clients in the successful marketing and sale of residential real estate and the purchase of single-family residences and income property within the SE Oakland and Macomb county areas. They do their best to keep current of local market trends and conditions in the Troy, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Rochester areas. They are also very knowledgeable with respect to local public and private schools.
Having spent several years in the corporate real estate world specializing in the relocation of employees all over the world Phil has gained useful insight, experience and industry knowledge that few others have. Additionally, Phil and Carol have represented fortune 500 corporations in the purchase and re-sale of literally hundreds of residential properties, parcels of land and income producing real estate.
Personal
Phil and Carol enjoy many outdoor activities including golf, snow skiing, inline skating, biking and swimming. Other hobbies include photography, working with computers and computer graphics. We have become very involved with our church and various community groups over the years as well.
We were born and raised in the area and have been helping people with their Real Estate needs in the Southeastern Michigan area for over 17 Years.
